The Role:

Veeva Systems, the leader in the Industry Cloud for Life Sciences, is seeking to hire a Consultant/Senior Consultant for our Site Solutions Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll help implement Site Vault, a solution focused on clinical research sites, and play a key part in ensuring customers' long-term success. You will act as the main point of contact between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, driving collaboration, managing escalations, and demonstrating value through proactive engagement.

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for implementing site-focused applications and managing long-term customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have consulting experience or customer success experience leading the design and deployment of innovative software solutions within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors.

Opportunities are available within the United States for this role, which is a remote position with a strong preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone. If a candidate is near an airport and able to meet travel requirements, there is no work location requirement. Qualified U.S.-based candidates are encouraged to apply.
