Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in proposal management, sales, sales support, marketing, or project management

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires

• Exceptional persuasive writing, editing, and project management skills

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging for diverse audiences

• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

• Experience using RFP knowledgebase or proposal management software

• Practical experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools in the proposal process

• Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and professional presence

• APMP certification

• Undergraduate degree required

Preferred

• Experience in retirement planning and recordkeeping

• Experience working with external consulting firms

• Master’s degree
