Job Summary:

The quality intern will gain foundational experience in quality control processes within a manufacturing environment, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality standards to ensure product excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the quality team to document and track nonconformities, as well as implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the analysis of quality data and assist in the preparation of reports.
• Learn and apply quality control tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate on maintaining quality management system documentation.
• Perform other tasks assigned to support the quality department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) or a technical degree with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated desire to learn and develop a career in the field of quality control.
• Internships or experience in relevant projects in the manufacturing sector are a plus.
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is a plus, though not required.
