Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Logistica to support our logistics operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in supply chain management within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock counts, reconciliation, and data entry.
• Learn and apply company logistics procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assist in preparing logistics documentation, such as shipping manifests, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvements within the logistics department.
• Support data analysis related to logistics performance and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the logistics team.

Job Qualifications:

• Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of logistics principles and concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and eager to learn new processes and systems.
• Availability to work full-time.
