【このポジションはどんな仕事？】
物流現場全体の運営責任者として、人員マネジメント、安全・品質・納期（SQCDM）の管理、物流オペレーションの推進、および継続的改善活動をリードするポジションです。

具体的には、受入からライン供給、出荷までの物流フロー全体を統括し、チームの育成、生産性向上、5S・TPMなど活動の推進を担います。

【本ポジションにおけるミッション】
サプライチェーンマネージャーが設定した目標に基づき、担当する物流領域を統括します。

大半の時間を現場（ショップフロア）で過ごし、SQCDM（安全・品質・費用・納期・士気）の達成、作業標準や安全規則の徹底、およびチーム（TQ/EE/PS）の活性化とマネジメントを担います。

また、担当範囲の継続的改善活動（カイゼン）に積極的に参画していただきます。

【具体的な仕事内容】1. 人員マネジメント（Manage people）

• 派遣社員を含むすべての新入社員の受け入れ研修（インダクション）および計画的なトレーニングの実施
• チームの自律性を高めるためのマルチスキル（多能工化）分析とトレーニング計画の策定、スキルマップのリアルタイム更新
• MPS/SIOPデータに基づく必要な人員配置・資格認定の予測、および日々の勤怠・安全・労務管理、年次評価・面談の実施

2. 標準の維持（Maintain standards）

• 週次の安全ミーティングや監査、現場OJTを通じた安全規則・歩行者ルールの徹底
• 最新の作業指示書や各種作業標準（安全、品質、5Sなど）の遵守確認と改善
• TPM（全員参加の生産保全）標準の展開による物流機器の保守・点検の徹底、およびシフト終了時のQCDMボードなどの情報更新管理

3. 物流オペレーション管理（Manage Logistics Operations）

• MPSデータに基づく週ごとの最適な人員・組織体制の提案
• 受入から製造ラインへの供給、出荷にいたる資材フローの管理、およびトラックの運行スケジュールの遵守
• 問題発生時のAPUサポート部門との連携、現場で解決できない重要課題のマネジメントへの迅速なエスカレーション、および是正処置・QRAP（品質リスクアクションプラン）の管理

4. 継続的改善の管理（Manage Continuous Improvement）

• 工場方針に沿ったSQCDM向上のためのアクションプランや生産性向上計画（P-30）の牽引、レイアウト最適化の提案
• 安全・環境リスク低減活動の推進、および新機器・新プロセス（自動化、AGVなど）の導入立ち上げへの貢献
• PDCA、FTA、なぜなぜ分析、LLC（教訓カード）等を活用した課題解決、およびVPS（ヴァレオ生産システム）ワークショップへの参画
• 担当範囲の予算策定（人員、経費、投資）への参画と、物流P&L目標およびV5000目標の達成

【必須要件（MUST）】

• 製造業の工場現場における、物理的な物流管理（Physical Flows）の経験
• 数名～数十名規模の現場作業員（ブルーカラー）や、フォークリフト運転手の直接的なマネジメント・指導経験
• 現場の安全管理、5S、TPM（設備保全）、製造ラインへの部品供給（Line feeding）の泥臭い運用・改善経験
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（社内コミュニケーション）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（社外・面接でも使用）

【Division and Products】
◎ Valeo Japan is organized into four divisions:

　１）Power Division：Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

　２）Brain Division：Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent interior experiences.

　３）Lighting Division：Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for “Lighting Everywhere.”

　４）Valeo Service Division：Provides after-sales services for all products from divisions 1～3.

This position is within the Power Division.

【Job Summary】
As the operations leader of the logistics floor, this position leads people management, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale (SQCDM) control, logistics operations execution, and continuous improvement activities.

Specifically, you will oversee the entire logistics flow from receiving to line feeding and shipping, while driving team development, productivity enhancement, 5S, and TPM activities.

【Mission】
You will oversee your assigned logistics perimeter based on the objectives set by the Supply Chain Manager.

Spending most of your time on the shopfloor (Gemba), you will be responsible for achieving SQCDM targets, enforcing work standards and safety rules, and animating/managing your teams (TQ, EE, and PS).

Additionally, you will actively participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities within your perimeter.

【Responsibilities】1. Manage People

• Conducting induction training and planned training for all newcomers, including temporary workers.
• Analyzing multi-skill needs to foster team autonomy, developing training plans, and updating flexibility grids (skill maps) in real time.
• Anticipating required team sizing and qualification needs based on MPS/SIOP data, managing daily attendance, safety, and labor relations, and conducting annual appraisals and career interviews.

2. Maintain Standards

• Enforcing safety rules and pedestrian traffic regulations through weekly safety briefings, flash audits, and on-the-job training (OJT) on the Gemba.
• Ensuring updated work instructions exist for every station, monitoring compliance with all work standards (safety, quality, 5S, etc.), and implementing improvements.
• Properly deploying and utilizing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) standards for handling equipment (formalizing malfunctions via red tags, systematic inspections, cleaning, and first-level preventive maintenance), and ensuring QCDM and communication boards are updated at the end of each shift.

3. Manage Logistics Operations

• Proposing weekly logistics headcounts and organizational structures to the Supply Chain Manager based on MPS data.
• Managing material flow from receiving to production (line feeding) and shipping, while ensuring adherence to truck timetables and schedules.
• Collaborating with APU support departments to resolve logistics or production issues, swiftly escalating critical problems to the site Supply Chain Manager, and managing corrective actions and QRAP (Quality Risk Action Plans).

4. Manage Continuous Improvement

• Leading action plans and productivity programs (P-30) to improve SQCDM performance in alignment with APU and plant policies, and proposing layout optimizations.
• Driving safety and environmental risk reductions, leading line safety QRQCs, and contributing to the launch of new equipment and processes (automation, AGVs, etc.).
• Solving problems using PDCA, FTA, 5-Whys, and LLC (Lessons Learned Cards), and participating in VPS (Valeo Production System) workshops.
• Participating in budget preparation (headcounts, overheads, investments) and contributing to the achievement of logistics P&L targets and V5000 objectives.

【Requirements (MUST)】

• Experience in physical logistics management (Physical Flows) on the shop floor in the manufacturing industry.
• Direct management and coaching experience of several to dozens of shop floor workers (blue-collar) and forklift drivers.
• Hands-on, practical experience in managing and improving shop floor safety, 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and parts supply to manufacturing lines (Line feeding).
• Japanese: Business level or above (for internal communication).
• English: Business level or above (used externally and during interviews).

【Ideal Candidate Profile】
Someone who has worked their way up from the shop floor and knows forklift flows inside out.
We are looking for a hands-on individual who can practically manage and lead shop floor logistics in an automotive parts manufacturing plant.
