Valeo is an automotive supplier and partner to automakers worldwide. The plant produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It also has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, quality, and workstation ergonomics through flow management and Poka-Yoke implementation.

  • Operational Support: Partner with APU Supervisors to organize production and train operators on technical and quality standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze production processes using PDCA-FTA methodology to drive systematic improvements

  • Technical Oversight: Supervise the installation, regulation, and maintenance of production devices, including specialized welding stations.

  • Quality Authority: Monitor process compliance and exercise the authority to stop production in case of non-conformity.

  • Responsible for workshop dedicated for production process improvement**(HOSHIN, MUDA hunting, SMED**)

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in** Engineering** (Automation & Robotics, Production Process Management, or related technical fields).

  • Experience: Minimum2 years of experience in implementing production projects, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Language Skills: Good command of English (minimum B2), capable of communicating technical requirements clearly.

  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.

Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing tools WCM, FMEA, and PDCA.

  • Proficiency in CAD software.

  • Core Competencies: Effective planning, analytical thinking (including supplier management), and the ability to lead technical analyses.
