Job Description:

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning. Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing

Currently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit Quality Project Team Member

Your challenges:

• Negotiate and validate with customer definition of requirements;

• PPAP validation with customer;

• Communication of customer requirements and driving project quality assurance plan according to customer and Valeo requirements in co-operation with Project Manager

• Managing quality issues during project development

• Prepare and implement Control Plan and quality documentation;

• Ensure proper implementation of quality tools like Project Quality Plan, SPC, MSA, Functional Analysis, PFMEA, PDCA, APQP, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, etc.;

• Participate in project development according to Constant Innovation Policy;

• Ensure change management according to CSR & Valeo standards;

• Prepare quality data (samples, standards, instructions, measurements, tests, analysis, etc.) for all stages of project development and internal milestones validation by Valeo;

• Manage communication with the customer;

• Participate in project and quality related meetings;

• Prepare and conduct quality training for operators, inspectors, supervisors, etc.;

• Manage all deviations according to project QRQC rules;

• Prepare requested data and reports;

• Prepare and participate in customer audits, external audits;

• Perform internal process audit;

Join our team if you have:

• Engineering degree in technical area;

• Min 2-3 years of experience in quality area, preferably in automotive industry;

• Fluent English;

• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PDCA, FTA, etc.);

• Teamwork spirit & ability to cope with stress and time pressure;

• Customer orientation and accuracy with precision is a must.

• VDA 6.3. auditor would be additional value
