The site of Daegu based in South Korea belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Management Controller for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You ensure reliable financial reporting across a complex regional scope covering 20 business units in 5 countries.

• You manage key financial processes, including the 5-year plan, annual budget, and monthly closing, while meeting deadlines.

• You analyze and validate financial performance to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• You ensure compliance of financial statements with applicable accounting and financial standards.

• You act as the link between Group Management and Operations for planning, scheduling, and tool deployment.

• You handle management control requests between the different entities of the Group.

• You support sites in monitoring performance and addressing financial management challenges.

• You coordinate with stakeholders across different countries and cultures, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

Let’s talk about you…

• You hold a Master’s degree in Management Control, Finance, or Audit.

• Ideally, you already have successful experience in industrial or research and development management control, or a relevant internship within a major industrial group.

• You are fluent in both French and English; speaking a third language would be an asset.

• You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working in an international environment.

• You are open-minded and adaptable to new cultures, ways of working, and ways of thinking.

• You are humble, attentive, and solution-oriented, with a positive attitude.

• You demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy in your daily interactions.
