Define the system architecture of the product

• Define system Structure of product and its components in line with platform configurator

• Ensure an optimize design to cost approach

• Check patent

• Identify and support management of technical risks of the system architectures in projects

• Propose constant improvement in relation with platform

Secure the product robustness, apply standards

• Enforce standards system solutions

• Support system Design Review

• Manage the link with other Engineering disciplines / calling for hierarchical support if needed

• Capitalization of the know-how (Standardization, Specifications, technical reports, processes and guidelines)

Support system requirement Management

• Provides inputs and requirements to the system for the development

• Interface with customer for system architecture content

• Contribute to refine the functions into the right sub-systems (system - mechanical - software - hardware …)

Distribute and split the functions per Engineering discipline

• Translate system requirements in Engineering disciplines requirements

• In collaboration with the different competences (Engineering disciplines) define the functions into the right sub-systems (system - mechanical - software - hardware …)

• Ensure the inter-operability of all sub-systems
