Valeo’s Mobility Tech Center (VMTC) located in Créteil (94) is Valeo’s Brain Division Headquarters. This Research & Development center employs over 1,180 people working on the development of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), connectivity solutions, human-machine interfaces and vehicle cabin monitoring systems.

As a Senior Project Manager M/F, you will coordinate an innovative program within the “Phone as a Key” scope (innovative electronic communication systems for access control systems).

You will serve as the client’s point of contact for the project throughout all phases of development and production launch, and you will be responsible for ensuring that commitments regarding quality, deadlines, and profitability are met.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the OEM program (costs, quality, deadlines)

• Plan team activities and ensure that project milestones are met

• Coordinate all internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, quality, launch) and be functionally responsible for them

• Oversee technical activities (systems, software, mechatronics)

• Plan and monitor project resources

• Coordinate the resolution of technical issues and those related to customer satisfaction

• Manage all project-related changes and ensure coordination within your team

• Define and manage budgets

• Set objectives for team members and ensure their evaluation

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Monitor progress using key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Communicate the project status to the Valeo organization

About You:

You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Telecommunications, and have at least five years of professional experience as a Project Manager, including budget management and team leadership.

Diplomatic and attentive to others, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills, leadership, and ability to make sound decisions.

You are fluent in English, enabling you to negotiate and communicate effectively with clients.
