We are looking for a Test & Validation Engineer (NVH Acoustics Engineer) in our team focused on testing the Electric Compressor, HVAC Systems, Fan systems in the Thermal Management Systems in Prague. As a Test & Validation Engineer you will perform NVH tests and analysis (all Thermal projects Pre-Development, Series-Development) in compliance with the standards, hygiene and safety requirements.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Perform NVH tests and analysis ( Electric Compressor, HVAC Systems, Fan systems ​)

• Provide relevant tests and analysis that meet the needs of projects concerning (The components of Thermal products, The integration of these components on subsystem, The integration of the components and systems in the vehicle)

• Analyze results and write technical reports (Ensure compliance with Valeo and customer standards, Ensure traceability of test results, Ensure the communication with internal (VALEO) and external customer communications)

• Be informed of the best practices concerning tests and analysis in the discipline development

• Drive innovations and participate on the development of innovative product and systems: Propose patents

• Coach newcomers and trainee students

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

• University degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in NVH acoustics is required

• Hands-on experience with measurements, post-processing, NVH testing, and test reporting

• Customer contact experience required

• Good command of English and Czech to communicate effectively within teams

• Automotive experience as a plus

• Willingness to travel occasionally
