As a HR Trainee in Valeo Mondovì you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker Companies, in the automotive product development field, working in an international and multicultural environment.

Mission:

You will learn how to:

• Assist Site HR Mgr in a variety of activities related to different HR areas and play a connecting role between HR and employees

• Support communication activities, internal event organization, employer branding initiatives

• Coordinate HR trainings and other development activities

• Support the implementation of the HR Valeo Standard referential in the Engagement of Personnel.

Desired skills and experience: Education: Psychology/Economics/Law/Communication/Education Sciences Degree, with interest and passion for Human Resources area

Competences required: excellent skills in analysis and planning, proactive behavior, interest in testing yourself in an international context; good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, Excel)

Language: Italian mother tongue, fluent English.
