Production assistance:

• If this is impossible for the Supervisor, train operators in control operations and

• respect for the product, and assist them if necessary

• Certify whether or not operators are certified according to procedure (BDCAP check)

• Systematically stop production in the event of non-compliance, ensure that requests for exemption were validated in the event of non-compliance detected.

• Represent the customer in the workshop

• Validate the start-up checklists for the standard part and at the end of the shift for each team (complete completion of the checklist at the start of the shift and at the end of the shift, setting up the room type, mandatory exemption in the event of non-compliance)

• Have alterations/rework carried out, accepted by the client, if necessary and re-validated.

• Attend the daily update, handover of instructions between teams.

Quality department assistance:Assist quality engineers in their tasks Verification :

• Check compliance with control frequencies,

• Check the 5S metrology and the 5S of the rework zone (assembly), alert the operator and the supervisor if necessary in case of deviation. Rework zone: ensure that at the end of the shift the parts to be reintegrated into production are to avoid loss of traceability.

• Check that non-compliant parts are all identified as such and/or contain corresponding (red bin).

• Check that all documents awaiting decision are in prison

• Check that all parts are identified with a BU (Unit Good) + green label compliance.

Continuous improvement

• Issue and carry out improvement proposals (PA)

• Participate in the implementation of corrective actions

• Collect waste at the end of each shift, check that the analyzes are on the QRQC line and help fill it.

Writing

• Participates in the writing of control and rework procedures to be able to produce while respecting customer requirements.

• Carry out post audits and their action plan monitoring (relaunches the pilots if necessary for return to standard) according to the established schedule

• Carry out product audits with the help of the quality auditor according to the established schedule and provide parts controlled for the testing service as part of supercontrol audits (RPA)

• Write Quality alerts, transmitted and validated by the ZAP quality engineer who will broadcast.

• Archive the documentation (start-up checklist, control sheet, signed quality alert)

• Write your activity report at the end of the shift.
