【このポジションはどんな仕事？】

東京・品川にある R&D併設の技術開発拠点にて、日本人・外国籍エンジニア双方を支えるHR Business Partner（HRBP）として活躍いただくポジションです。自動運転・ADAS開発を担うエンジニア組織に深く入り込み、採用・労務・制度運用・組織対応まで、人事全般をハンズオンで支える現場型HRBPを担います。

「企画だけの人事」ではなく、エンジニアと同じ目線で現場課題に向き合い、実行までやり切るHRが求められます。

【主な業務内容】

◎ HRオペレーションの企画・運用

• 報酬・評価・給与・労務管理・HRIS等、HRオペレーション全般の運用・改善

• 日本の労働基準法・雇用保険法・社会保険法に基づく適正運用

• エンジニア中心組織における労務課題の予防・対応

◎ 人事制度・ルールの企画／運用

• 報酬・評価制度、各種規程の見直し・運用・改善

• 組織の変化や成長に合わせた制度運用・アップデート

• 現場実態を踏まえた、実効性ある制度設計・運用

◎ HR Business Partner機能

• 採用（特にエンジニア採用）から定着までの一連の支援

【求める経験・スキル】

• 製造業において、エンジニアと近い距離で人事業務を行ってきた経験

Job Description ● HR Operations Planning to Execution
HR Operations for Technical Center (compensation, evaluation, payroll, labor management, HRIS, etc.)
Management and improvement planning to ensure that overall operations are executed effectively.

• Planning/operation of HR policies
  Support organizational operations by reviewing, operating, and improving HR systems such as compensation and evaluation, and various rules and regulations as appropriate.

• HRBP function
  Support the workplace and employees to ensure that organizational operations do not become stagnant by allocating the right person to the right position, transferring personnel, establishing, revising, or abolishing organizations, operating systems, and managing change, in cooperation with other divisions.

• Working with Group HR
  Participate and lead in local and global projects within the group to implement HR initiatives.

The appeal of this position

• Able to be hands-on and aggressive in a muddled, positive, hands-on approach to the field.

• With discretionary authority, you will gain practical experience and knowledge of a wide range of human resources (recruitment, training, HR system planning, etc.).

• As an HR professional at a cutting-edge technology development center, able to work as an HR business partner for approximately 200 employees.

• Able to identify HR-related issues at the center, involve others, and make proposals to create a better environment.

• Able to identify HR issues and make proposals to improve the environment.

MUST

• At least 5-7 years of HR experience as a generalist

• Business level Japanese and English language skills (with English communication with the head office in France).

• Hiring software engineer at automotive and manage those employees as HRBP

WANT

• Experience working in foreign companies or overseas

• Experience working in the manufacturing industry (automotive, electrical equipment, etc.)
