Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions to stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.

As Customer Quality Engineer your responsibilities will be:

• Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes

• Ensure CIP is respected and especially Build In Quality Standards

• Update the quality documents following a product / process related change

• Verify with Purchasing the progress of Suppliers vs. project time-line and collect

suppliers encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers

• Participate to Design review including suppliers design review

• Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts on Valeo sites, to support Purchasing and Supplier Quality Assurance team, as defined in the Quality Rasic

• Participate to the pre-FDPR and FDPR - collect encountered issues and open corresponding Project QRQC

• Prepare the internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager prior presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign off

• Participate to the project QRQC and complete the assignments out of QRQC meeting on time

• Collect all the issues on a weekly basis

• Along the Project QRQC meeting ensure that rules are respected and Stop at first disagree and Stop at first no are applied

• Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and / or after test results

Desired skills and experience:

• Engineering degree

• 2 years in Quality (Warranty, APU)

• Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.

• Professionalism and transparency.

• Negotiating English level is mandatory.

• Passion for the automotive industry.
