• Desarrollar , implementar, mejorar y documentar procesos dentro del área de logística

• Implementación de sistema kanban dentro de las líneas de producción

• Definición de ubicaciones para materiales dentro del almacén y de materiales dentro del área de subensambles (definición de ubicaciones y cálculos de material)

• Toma de tiempos para optimizaciones de procesos logísticos

• Balanceo de rutas de abastecimiento
