Responsibilities
1. Training adaptation
-
Serve as the technical referent for the Cairo digital and communication teams.

Review, guide, and challenge digital and video content to ensure mechanic-oriented accuracy and realism.

Coordinate the adaptation of technical documents (TSB, FI, training decks) into editable and publishable formats for Business Units.

Support the conversion of classroom or blended training content into e-learning modules (SCORM format) in collaboration with the Cairo e-learning team.
2.
Video tutorial and media production
-
Support the creation of technical video tutorials showcasing Valeo product installation, diagnostics, and repair procedures.

Edit and post-produce video content to align with Tech Care visual and pedagogical standards.

Ensure final videos are correctly integrated into Tech Libraries and validated by the relevant BU.
3.
Technical Validation & Training Support:

Review and validate all training materials for technical correctness and field applicability.

Create or adapt additional documents such as Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and Fitting Instructions.

Contribute to the yearly training plan by providing technical input and ensuring deliverables are on schedule.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Interface:

Cairo SME & Global Tech Training Mgr (for content planning and validation)

Cairo e-learning and communication teams

Warranty, Marketing, SCC, and Hotline teams

St-Denis Technical Centre and Product Line experts
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
-
Minimum 3 years in automotive training, technical communication, or diagnostics support.

Proven ability to review, validate, and explain complex technical procedures.
-
Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
-
Knowledge of EV/Hybrid, ADAS, and other emerging technologies.
-
Fluency in English and French is a plus.
