We provide a full array of services, of Original Equipment Spares to manufacturers and replacement parts and accessories to the Independent Aftermarket. Our commitments? Reducing environmental impact and providing customers a safe, comfortable and unique driving experience.

As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a Technical Training Content Creator M/F to join our community of technical content creators. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop high-quality technical documentation and training courses for mechanics (garages) across Valeo’s entire product range.

Your missions:

  • Gather and analyze the needs of those requesting content creation (sales and marketing teams, technology center, warranty team, call centers)

  • Design and provide training materials (e-learning, face-to-face), ensuring their timely publication and promotion on the market

  • Create video tutorials and edit them for availability in the Tech Library

  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and Fitting Instructions (FI) for integration into Technical Packages

  • Ensure compliance with the training creation process, promoting collaboration and engagement within the Tech Care community and Business Units

  • Define and validate training contents, including objectives, prerequisites, assessment methods, ensuring pedagogical consistency and effectiveness

  • Participate in internal and external audits to obtain and maintain Qualiopi certification

  • In specific cases, deploy technical training or demonstrations for international customers and provide support at trade shows

About you:

With a two-year technical degree (BTS, DUT) in Mechanical Engineering, you have at least three years of experience in the automotive sector.

You have developed skills in understanding how products work and are accustomed to explaining their operation in simple, accessible terms.

Your appetite for digital technology will enable you to feel comfortable using tools and participating in the creation of relevant contents.

You are recognized for your teaching skills, organizational qualities, and ability to structure your ideas.

Experience in training and knowledge of the Qualiopi referential are additional assets.

You are fluent in English.
