Job Summary:

VALEO NORTH AMERICA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance intern to join our finance department. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various financial operations within a global automotive supplier.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update the NQC file shared daily with the plant to remove users who have an Excel account solely for viewing this report.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and information. Audits: Headcount & OES cycle time.

Track SCRAP sales:

Update the NQC Dashboard.
Record financial data and maintain accurate financial records.
Learn and apply financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support.
Conduct ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills
