Mission:

• Hands on Experience of Min. 3+ yrs with Power Electronics /Mechatronics background● Very good knowledge in Catia V5 design tool
• Part modelling, Surface, Drafting, Assembly
• Work Experience in PLM – Matrix
• Strong interpersonal competence and acting as a good team player
• Good in Basic knowledge of Engineering
• Good in verbal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Automobile with Electrical Compressor Inverter product knowledge is an added
  advantage

Responsibilities:

• Autonomous in GD&T & Stack-Up

• Autonomous in CATIA Operation.

• Inverter Product & Process Knowledge

• Manage e-BOM

• Basic Knowledge of Insulation Norms

• Manage Creepage & Clearance in CAD activity

• Validate & Deliver the Drawings to PG ontime with quality standards

• Verify compliance of the design to Raise Standards

• Attend to Design Review with Project Team

• Good Knowledge on Clean Project Management.

• Communicate & manage Project activities to meet deadline.

• Cross Functional Interaction with Hardware, Process & Supplier to validate the Design.

Professional Experience:

• Candidate must have B.E with minimum 2 years of design experience in Catia V5● Experience in automotive industry is desirable
• Good knowledge on GD&T and Stack-up calculations
• Knowledge of Mechatronics Products is added advantage.

His/her scope could include: all or part of the design, integration, validation of blocks / product

Complying with Engineering disciplines processes and Design Rules:

• Perform or support Engineering discipline design simulations/coding/validation

Perform or support Engineering discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies

• Perform or support Engineering disciplines tests

Management follow-up

• Reports the progress of his tasks

• Escalate risks
