Site Supply Chain Productivity Manager

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Productivity roadmap to optimize the physical flows performance and minimize logistics costs and inventories from suppliers to customers, with the ultimate goal of improving operational and financial KPIs
• Optimize the physical flow
• Perform Genba analysis and propose innovant solutions, driving automation in internal and external flows, while improving warehouse and storage efficiency
• Ensure all supply chain activities fully support New Projects or Engineering changes.
• Support packaging management with automation/digitalization tools
• Contribute to site team efficiency to reduce supply chain department costs and support the progress of Valeo Global Standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree (BSc/MSc) in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Production Management within manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in continuous improvement projects related to the automation and digitalization of physical/material flows
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Barflow, Motives, etc.)
• Strong ability to analyze data and simplify complex problems
• Strong network mobilization skills (cross-functional alignment) and project management (milestones, risk escalation)
• Professional English proficiency
