【部署の仕事概要】組み込みソフトウェアを内臓する製品のうち、そのソフトウェア開発を顧客より割り当てられる製品について
適用する特別な品質保証プロセス(ASPICE)の定義、市光グループ全体へ支援、監査を主たる業務とする。

【職務内容】
Automotive SPICE（ASPICE）の考え方に基づき、System / Software開発の品質の向上を推進する。
System/SW Quality Engineerの活動および人材のマネージメント。
System / Software開発のProject品質保証活動（リスク管理、顧客の品質要求を満たした成果物の作成、課題の検出と追跡、など）。
System / Software開発がASPICEに準拠しているかどうかを内部監査する。(含む海外拠点）
開発チームとともに、ASPICEの要求レベルを達成させるためのSystem / Software開発の継続的な改善、指導を行う。
ASPICE適合の顧客要求に基づき、ASPICEアセスメントを実施する
System / Software開発に関し、カスタマーの窓口となり、コミュニケーションを行う。
【応募資格】

【必須】
System / Softwareの品質保証経験がある、または組込みシステムの開発経験がある方
組織マネージメントまたはリーダーの経験がある方
ISO9001/IATF16949の社内統括の経験がある方

【歓迎】
ASPICEのご経験、または知識をお持ちの方
intacs Automotive SPICE プロビジョナルアセッサーで認定をさせている方
IATF内部監査員認定資格をお持ちの方

【求める人物像】
