愛知県豊田市にある 日本OEM（自動車メーカー）の工場拠点に常駐し、高電圧クーラントヒーター量産製品に関するResident Engineer（OEM常駐型R&Dポジション）です。

日本の顧客、欧州の開発拠点、中国の生産・開発チームをつなぐ技術インターフェース／ハブ役として、製品開発・量産を支えます。

本募集では、

• R&D System Design Manager（マネージャー級）

• R&D Mechatronic Engineer（スタッフレベル）

の2ポジションを募集します。

【製品】

• 高電圧クーラントヒーター（HV Coolant Heater）

単なる調整役ではなく、

• 機械・熱・電子制御を組み合わせたシステム視点

• 日本市場特有の要求・品質基準への技術的対応力

をもとに、「技術で顧客の信頼をつくる」役割を担います。

① R&D System Design Manager（マネージャー級）

【ミッション】

• 高電圧クーラントヒーター開発の技術責任者

• OEM要求を踏まえた開発方針・仕様の取りまとめ

• 日本・欧州・中国をまたぐグローバルR&D体制の統括

【主な業務内容】

◎ 顧客技術渉外・プロジェクト統括・顧客への技術報告、仕様調整、技術判断
・量産を見据えた開発方針・技術方針の決定

◎ 製品・システム設計マネジメント・高電圧クーラントヒーター、インバータ制御システムの設計統括
・電気・電子・機械・熱を含むシステム全体の整合管理

◎ グローバル連携・欧州開発拠点、中国開発・生産チームとの技術連携
・日本市場向けApplication Designの推進

◎ 組織・マネジメント・チームの予算管理、リソース配分、業務効率化
・メンバー育成、評価、採用への関与

【必須条件】

・車載電装部品におけるシステム開発経験（5年以上）（高電圧部品、電気ヒーター、インバータ等）
・電気／電子分野の知見
・OEMとの技術折衝・仕様調整経験
・日本語：ビジネス上級レベル
・英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

【歓迎条件】

・車載高電圧部品のシステム適用開発経験・マネジメント経験（人数不問）
※今後マネージャーに挑戦したい方も歓迎
・中国語スキル（Valeo中国拠点との連携あり）

② R&D Mechatronic Engineer（スタッフレベル）

【ミッション】

• マネージャーの方針のもと、実務レベルで開発・技術対応を推進

• OEM要求と海外開発成果物をつなぐ技術実行役

【主な業務内容】

◎ 技術窓口・実務対応・マネージャーサポートのもと、顧客からの技術的問い合わせ対応
・試験データ、設計データの整理・分析・報告

◎ 設計・品質・仕様管理・海外開発拠点への要求整理・フィードバック
・日本市場向け品質・仕様要件の管理、確認

◎ グローバル連携・欧州・中国チームとの技術的な情報共有・調整

【必須条件】

・車載電装部品のシステム開発経験（高電圧部品、電気ヒーター、インバータ等）
・電気／電子分野の基礎知識
・日本語：ビジネス上級レベル
・英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

【歓迎条件】

本ポジションの現金年間総報酬は、経験・スキル・現年収を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。

Management & Competency:

• Manage his team of engineers and technicians (yearly reviews, meetings, missions, objectives)

• Define the necessary qualifications and training plan for his team with the support of his management

• Allocate his team staff in the projects activities

• Propose trainings and career evolutions with the support of his management

• Contribute to the recruitment of the members of his department

Budget:

• Propose and follow the budget for his team

• Responsible of the Team Efficiency Plan and achievements

Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment:

• Deploy the Engineering process, methodology and tools defined by / together with the Engineering discipline Manager / Director

• Participate to the definition of processes, methods and the tools necessary to properly handle projects

• Ensure the full deployment of 5 axes methodology

• Participate to the improvement of the standards, methods & tools of his Engineering discipline

Standardization & Robust Design

• Support RAISE team by ensuring knowledge, training and implementation of the standards

• Review and challenge Destandardization requests before release

• Ensure that each single design is achieving the highest level of Robust design.
