Depending on his/her scope, the incumbent will be in charge of one the domain :

Budget

• Budget Awareness: Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work.

Support operations:

• Project Execution Support: Assist senior engineers in the execution of engineering projects, focusing on tasks related to Newness levels 1 (fully applied, standard design and design based on existing rules).

• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and other relevant documents.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on technical data, contributing to informed decision-making within the team.

Competencies:

• Discipline Design Process Application: Demonstrate proficiency in applying the established Discipline design processes and methodologies.

• Technical Learning: Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop technical skills within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Efficiency:

• Digitalization Roadmap Adherence: Adhere to the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap, utilizing designated tools and processes to ensure efficiency in their work.

• Continuous Improvement Identification: Contribute to the identification of potential improvements to existing processes and methodologies based on their experience.

Innovation:

• N/A: At this stage, the focus is on developing foundational skills and applying existing knowledge.

Collaboration and Influence:

• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.

Professional Experience

0-2 years of experience in Discipline Engineering activities in automotive or relevant industries.

Engineering Degree

• Basic understanding of engineering principles and their application within the Discipline.

• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.

• Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) and other relevant software tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise within the Discipline.
