• ミッション国内外の新技術・新材料をいち早く取り込み、原材料から設備まで一貫した技術開発を推進することで、「付加価値」「コスト」「環境」「安定」の4軸から事業競争力を最大化させる。

• 業務内容技術開発を中心とした以下の4つの重点領域における開発および標準化を推進する。

高付加価値化**：販路拡大に寄与する付加価値の高い技術・材料の開発コスト競争力：価格競争に打ち勝つ低コスト技術・材料の開発環境対応：環境目標達成（カーボンニュートラル等）に寄与する技術・材料の開発**生産の安定化：安定した量産を可能にする技術・材料の開発

• 業務詳細具体的には、以下の2つの領域における実務を担当します。

1. 開発推進業務

• 新材料に関する開発テーマの企画立案、および開発・標準化のリード
• 開発・標準化された材料を実用化（量産化）するための設備仕様検討
• 新材料に関する調査、実験、解析、および評価
• 新材料の規格設定（スペック定義）に関する業務

2. 新製品への材料設定業務

• 成形材料および表面処理材料の仕様設定（スペックイン）
• 材料納入仕様書の締結、および維持管理
• 成形・表面処理材料の新色調色、および得意先への承認補助
• 購買戦略に基づいた代替材料（リソーシング）の評価活動の推進
