Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Finanza to join our finance team at Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in various financial operations within a leading automotive supplier.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations.
• Participate in the reconciliation of accounts and identification of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with senior finance staff on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
• Help in gathering and organizing financial documentation for audits and internal controls.
• Learn and apply company financial policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the finance department.

Job Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Previous internship or academic project experience in finance is desirable.
