【仕事内容】基板の機能点検を中心に、新型P1の工業化・量産・標準化をリードする業務です。

【主なミッション】

  • 新型P1の工業化を推進
  • 生産効率改善(設備・直接労働)
  • 工業プロセスのノウハウ活用・共有
  • 新設備・新ライン設計への参画
  • Lean designワークショップのリード

【業務内容】◎工業化業務

  • 生産設備・組立ラインの導入・開発・受入管理
  • 小型ツール設計やサプライヤー提案の検証
  • ライントライアルやプロセスバリデーションの実施
  • PFMEA・CONTROL PLANへの参画

◎量産業務

  • 生産効率(QCDM)モニタリングと改善提案
  • 設備性能の最適化とサイクルタイム改善
  • 生産技術サポート(トレーニング・問題解決)
  • サプライヤー連携およびSPV/QRQC参加

◎標準化・環境

  • 標準の適用・検証と推進
  • 安全・環境手順の遵守、5S維持
  • 安全ルール違反への対応

【出張】

  • イレギュラーで出張があります(新しい設備を入れる時など/サプライヤーの場所によって国内国外どちらも)

【Division and Products】Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:

 1)Power Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

 2)Brain Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.

 3)Light Division : Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.

 4)Valeo Service Division : Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3.

This position is within the Brain Division.

【Job Description】This role focuses on functional inspection of PCBs and leading the industrialization, mass production, and standardization of the new P1.

【Key Missions】

  • Drive the industrialization of the new P1
  • Improve production efficiency (equipment and direct labor)
  • Utilize and share industrial process know-how
  • Participate in new equipment and line design
  • Lead Lean design workshops

【Responsibilities】◎Industrialization

  • Manage the introduction, development, and acceptance of production equipment and assembly lines
  • Design small tools and review supplier proposals
  • Conduct line trials and process validation
  • Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN activities

◎Mass Production

  • Monitor production efficiency (QCDM) and propose improvements
  • Optimize equipment performance and reduce cycle time
  • Provide production engineering support (training, problem-solving)
  • Collaborate with suppliers and participate in SPV/QRQC activities

◎Standardization & Environment

  • Apply, verify, and promote standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures, maintain 5S
  • Address safety rule violations

【Travel】Occasional travel may be required (for new equipment installation, domestic or international depending on supplier location)

【Team Structure】

  • Approximately 15~20 members

【Required】

  • Graduated major in electronic components
  • Knowledge of electronic components
  • Understanding of schematic drawings of circuit boards
  • Aware of electrical components
  • English: Business level
  • Japanese: Entry level

【Ideal quality】

  • A Person who knows the cause of problems when they occur
  • When developing new boards, knows what is needed to test them
  • A person who has a lot of experience as a test engineer
  • A designer of circuit boards is also acceptable

【Good to have】

  • Knowledge of electronic circuit boards
  • Knowledge of SMT
  • Has been a test engineer of electronic circuit boards
