Job Description

Leads the go‑to‑market strategy for the Elan Financial Services Credit Card business, delivering customer‑centric, multi‑channel marketing programs that drive client engagement, customer growth, and new account acquisition. Establishes and communicates key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI, using insights to optimize strategy and execution. Manages a team of marketing professionals focused on client engagement, activation, retention, and credit card acquisition marketing. Applies segment‑specific strategies to launch programs in close collaboration with agencies, product, relationship management, sales, and technology partners.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred Skills/Experience- Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
