Job Description
Responsible for onboarding new and existing customers to Prepaid and related financial products, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused implementation experience. Serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, coordinating onboarding activities, performing analysis, and monitoring implementation requests from point of sale through customer go‑live. Builds strong customer relationships by delivering high‑quality service and ensuring product functionality meets or exceeds customer expectations. Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues, communicates implementation status effectively, and ensures timely and successful onboarding outcomes through collaboration with internal partners and external customers.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience

Thorough knowledge of Prepaid products and processes with an understanding of how customers use them

Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills

Ability to work with both internal partners and external customers

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Location
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 60% or more days per month and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $28.27 - $37.69
