Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Verona

UPMC Home Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RNs) to support Verona, Oakmont, Sharpsburg, Penn Hills, Wilkinsburg, and surrounding areas. This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM position with on-call and weekend rotations.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities
• Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
• Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
• Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards

Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
