The opportunity

Join Unity as a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the Indian Industry sector.

You will be a strategic partner to the Sales team, executing high-impact field initiatives and digital strategies in key verticals like Automotive and Manufacturing.

This role offers the chance to not only lead events but also to uncover and amplify local success stories that accelerate the sales pipeline.

Work in a 12-month renewable contract role based in our Bengaluru office.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver "U-Day Industry" and other targeted field activities like C-level roundtables and technical workshops.

• Identify and develop local customer case studies, converting them into powerful sales assets like videos and blogs.

• Localize global marketing campaigns to resonate with specific Indian industry pain points.

• Partner closely with Industry Sales Leads to align marketing activities with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) goals.

• Manage the end-to-end lead flow from events and digital campaigns to ensure timely Sales follow-up.

What we're looking for

• Experience in B2B Field or Content Marketing within the Technology/SaaS industry.

• Strong understanding of the Industrial B2B landscape (Automotive, Manufacturing, AEC, or Digital Twins).

• Proven track record of planning ROI-driven events that directly contribute to the sales pipeline.

• Native-level proficiency in English with excellent copywriting skills.

• Experience with Marketing Automation (Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
