About the role

Primary Responsibilities:

Direct 1 on 1 patient care in a fast-paced outpatient physical therapy clinic including evaluation, assessment, and diagnosis of movement dysfunctions

Creating personalized plans of care to improve function for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions, focusing on independence and quality of life.

  • Collaboration: Working with a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants as well as other healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, surgeons, etc.)
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy:

Certification in Physical Therapy:

Current California state license

Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced culturally diverse clinical setting

Demonstrates consistent timely and accurate clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical experience in managed care setting (or comparable environment)

Diverse background of continuing education and clinical experiences
