Your Mission:

As an Emerging Enterprise Executive at Ui Path, you will drive business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships with existing customers specifically within the commercial/mid-market segment in Indonesia and SEA.

You will strategically engage with decision-makers, demonstrate the value of our end-to-end automation platform, and create long-term customer success stories that contribute to Ui Path's market leadership in this key segment.

Your expertise in solution selling and account development will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experience to commercial clients
This is what you’ll do at Ui Path:

Acquire new logos and expand Ui Path's customer base, representing - 60% of your focus
-
Mine existing relationships to identify growth opportunities - 40% of your focus
Develop and execute strategic account plans and roadmaps for long-term customer relationships -
Understand customers' business challenges to identify and explore automation opportunities
-
Demonstrate Ui Path's value proposition effectively against competitive offerings
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory -
Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
-
Leverage our partner ecosystem to expand market reach and execute joint go-to-market strategies
-
Track, forecast, and report on pipeline metrics using CRM tools with precision and reliability
-
Maintain deep product knowledge of Ui Path's offerings, roadmap, and competitive
advantages -
Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
This is what you’ll bring to our team:
-
7-12 years of enterprise software or solution sales experience
Proven track record selling to enterprise/mid-market customers in Thailand and SEA. -
Experience implementing land-and-expand strategies with initial deals of over USD 30-50K
-
Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts from 30K to 200K through upselling and cross-selling
-
Strong skills in account planning, territory management, and multi-product selling strategies
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities in Bhasa and English
