Your mission

As an Automation Developer I, you will support the delivery of RPA and intelligent automation solutions for our customers and partners. You’ll work as part of a project team to build, test, and deploy automations while developing your expertise in Ui Path technologies and AI-powered workflows.

What you'll do at Ui Path

• Support the delivery of automation solutions in client engagements (onsite and remote).

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and reusable components with guidance.

• Assist in building end-to-end automations integrating RPA, APIs, and AI capabilities.

• Contribute to document processing solutions using Ui Path Document Understanding and IXP.

• Use Ui Path Orchestrator to deploy, schedule, and monitor automations.

• Help implement human-in-the-loop workflows for approvals and exception handling.

• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automation solutions.

• Monitor and maintain automations, implementing enhancements as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support integrations.

• Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Apply foundational prompt engineering techniques to support AI-driven workflows.

• Adhere to Ui Path policies and development standards.

What you'll bring to the team

• 2+ years of experience in software development, RPA, or a related technical field (ideally working with the Ui Path platform)

• Foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle and automation concepts.

• Experience with or interest in AI-powered automation and agentic workflows.

• Basic proficiency in programming/scripting (e.g., Python, object-oriented languages).

• Familiarity with APIs, databases, or system integrations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.

• Exposure to Ui Path (Orchestrator, Document Understanding) or similar tools is a plus.

• Basic understanding of human-in-the-loop processes and automation best practices.

• Interest in learning when to apply rules-based vs. AI-driven automation approaches.
