Track partnership performance and engagement metrics to inform strategy and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
-
Deep experience working directly with artists, managers, labels, or other music industry stakeholders.
-
Strong network across the music industry, with credibility and trust among artists and their representatives.
-
Proven ability to negotiate, close, and manage complex partnerships or deals.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge creative, legal, and technical conversations.
-
Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
-
Comfort operating at both executive and working levels, internally and externally.
Nice to Have
-
Experience at a record label, music tech company, management firm, or digital platform.
-
Familiarity with artist rights, licensing structures, and evolving creator-economy models.
-
Experience launching or scaling artist-facing platforms or programs.
-
Background working with emerging technologies in music or creative tools.
Why Join Us
-
You will define and lead how artists engage with Udio at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth.
