About the Role
This role sits at the center of client success, campaign execution, and commercial impact. As part of the Ads team, you will manage and optimize advertising campaigns for enterprise-level partners, ensuring strong performance, clear communication, and long-term value creation.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate marketing objectives into effective campaign strategies, proactively solve challenges, and identify opportunities to grow investment and product adoption. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines analytical thinking, relationship management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Your Impact in Role
- Proactively monitor campaign performance to identify, communicate, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in internal kick-off calls to understand campaign requirements and support complex executions.
- Coordinate the launch and ongoing management of campaigns, proactively sharing updates and setting clear expectations with all stakeholders.
- Own the regular campaign reporting cadence, tailoring insights to advertisers' needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' marketing goals and challenges, proactively recommending solutions that support their objectives.
- Act as a consultant to clients, advising on tactical adjustments based on performance trends and marketing goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and increase investment by analyzing data and pitching insights to the broader internal account team.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality client-facing deliverables.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends, generate meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against customer goals.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, clearly communicating product feedback and limitations to relevant internal teams.
- Drive product adoption by clearly articulating the value of new offerings and creatively differentiating solutions.
- Lead and contribute to key playbook initiatives across the Ads team, supporting teammates and scaling best practices when needed.
The Experience You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Sales roles.
- Experience managing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns for enterprise-level brands.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex organizations and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review results and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Creative problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with speed, ownership, and resourcefulness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to leverage data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-making.
- Experience using AI or automation tools to drive efficiency.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities with autonomy.
- Data or SQL abilities
