About the Role
This is a regional role, supporting Uber Delivery's commercial organization across multiple markets in APAC.
As a member of the Uber Delivery Commercial Training and Enablement team, you will be responsible for implementing training and enablement programs that elevate the performance of our OFD commercial teams. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning experiences, while supporting revenue enablement initiatives that maximize commercial productivity.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales Training and Enablement APAC and partner closely with global, regional, and local Commercial Leadership teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
What You'll Do Program Management

Lead the implementation of global training and enablement programs for sales and account management teams

Focus on product and systems training, while also supporting broader initiatives across sales skills, partner management, and go-to-market execution

Own deliverables as a GTM pillar owner under direction from the Head of GTM Enablement, Global

Contribute to cross-functional projects as a project contributor under pillar leadership
Content Creation & Learning Design

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content and supporting documentation

Create and maintain learning materials independently and in collaboration with instructional design teams

Ensure all programs are learner-centric, balancing effectiveness with efficiency and usability

Support development and optimization of sales productivity tools through enablement content
Stakeholder Management

Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Operations, HR, Product, and Marketing to conduct Training Needs Analyses and align on priorities

Act as a liaison across functions to ensure commercial teams have accurate, relevant, and timely information

Build a strong internal network to identify best practices and scale them across regions
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, sales development, or related commercial roles
-
5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or learning & development
-
Experience designing and executing global sales systems or enablement initiatives
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
-
Ability to balance attention to detail with speed of execution in a fast-paced environment

Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others

Experience building training content for both in-person and e Learning formats
Preferred Qualifications

Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment

Ability to move seamlessly between strategic program design and hands-on execution

Experience creating and deploying learning tools across multiple formats and platforms
-
Familiarity with learning management systems, content creation tools, and sales enablement platforms
-
Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, conversation intelligence tools, and revenue enablement systems

Track record of building end-to-end enablement programs driven by data and insights
