We're looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to plan and implement world-class marketing campaigns on paid and owned channels that build brand impact and drive growth for Uber in France.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional partners and our agency partners to deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns that fuel consumer demand, engagement and drive brand strength. About the job:

  • Plan and implement world-class full-funnel campaigns and activations, on both paid and owned channels, working closely with cross-functional teams on both strategic planning and execution
  • Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver dedicated marketing strategies, campaigns or activations against them
  • Draft or review all owned channels communications for our audiences and support local initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain the relationship with agency partners for the development and execution of outstanding work
  • Develop a deep understanding of regional priorities (business targets, P&L priorities, segmentation, priority markets) to be thought partners with regional Ops, Policy, and Comms teams
  • Have a deep understanding of consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Engage in stakeholder management across the organization - locally and globally with cross-functional teams, including local operations, product, support, policy, and PR teams to ensure our marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives and are flawlessly executed

About you:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Native level of French, fluent in English
  • Strong business acumen; structured problem solver with project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in conceptualizing and driving compelling coordinated marketing campaigns on owned and paid channels
  • Track record of owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and deliver on time and budget
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the Uber brand in a way that is both consistent with our global brand positioning, but also meaningful to local culture and customs
  • A strong customer-centric attitude - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
  • The ability to take the initiative in a constantly evolving work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar; Advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience working for a global brand

This job is based in the Paris office with office days from Tuesday to Thursday.
