What You'll Need:

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone).
2. Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way.
3. Show empathy to frustrated users while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences.
4. Build loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to fall in love with Uber all over again.
5. Triage issues and escalate them when necessary.

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

1. Italian language B2 level
2. English language B2 level
3. 6 months of previous experience in customer support
4. Exceptional communication skills: Effective communicator, verbal & written.
5. Detail Oriented: Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail.
