Account Manager, Grocery & Retail

As a Grocery & Retail Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of Uber Eats' expansion beyond traditional restaurants. You will be responsible for nurturing and growing a diverse portfolio of supermarkets and retail stores across France. Your mission is to serve as a strategic partner to our merchants, helping them navigate the digital delivery landscape while ensuring our "Eaters" have access to the best selection in the country.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts. You will focus on maximizing their financial performance, marketing visibility, and overall satisfaction, ensuring Uber Eats is their preferred delivery partner.

• Scalable Portfolio Growth:

Design and implement streamlined processes to effectively manage and support a high volume of accounts distributed throughout France.

• Operational Excellence:

Use data-driven insights to roll out growth strategies, ensuring your merchants are optimized for the best possible delivery experience.

• Brand Ambassadorship:

Represent the Uber Eats mission and values, acting as a trusted consultant and the "face" of our retail business in the French market.

Your Profile Basic Qualifications

• Experience:

1-3 years of proven success in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.

• Persuasion Power:

Exceptional "sales and conviction" skills. You know how to pitch a growth strategy and get partners excited about the vision.

• Communication:

Fluent in French and English with strong interpersonal skills. You can build deep trust with stakeholders ranging from local store owners to corporate directors.

Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
