About the Role

Uber is transforming the future of grocery and retail by building the world's most reliable and expansive marketplace for on-demand delivery of local commerce. As part of the Global Merchant Operations team for Grocery & Retail (GR), you will help ensure an exceptional experience for the merchants who partner with Uber. You will support their growth and help deliver a best-in-class experience to customers.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with local operations and commercial teams worldwide, as well as GR leadership and product development teams. You will lead projects focused on strengthening our platform for merchants-continuously improving Uber's processes, programs, and products to help them succeed.

We are looking for someone who brings strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, collaboration, and operational excellence. Our environment moves quickly, so adaptability and the ability to balance long-term initiatives with shorter, high-impact improvements are essential.

Please submit your application in English.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver an exceptional merchant experience: Drive improvements to Uber's product solutions, ensuring they continually enhance the experience of merchants partnering with Uber Eats.
  • Conduct complex analysis: Perform deep data analyses and strategic reviews to uncover opportunities for improvement. Work across multiple product areas, stakeholders, and data sources to ensure our platform and deliveries meet high standards-and to identify ways to elevate them further.
  • Shape strategy and communicate insights: Translate business trends and analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead project management: Oversee long-term projects and product initiatives that strengthen the merchant experience on the Uber platform.
  • Manage stakeholders: Build alignment across leadership, product, legal, operations, and commercial teams. Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Collaborate across functions: Develop strong relationships across the organization and partner closely with local operations, business development, product teams, and more.
