Jobs
About the Role:
Working as a Senior Account Executive at Uber Eats in Prague means building the future of how your city eats from the ground up. This isn't a role where you wait for leads to come to you; it's a high-stakes, high-autonomy position that requires you to navigate the messy reality of a competitive market. As a Senior, you will be the face of Uber for the region's most significant players, turning cold outreach into strategic, long-term partnerships.
The pace is intense and the ambiguity is real-you'll be expected to make critical decisions with imperfect information and pivot your strategy instantly as the market shifts. We're looking for a sales leader who doesn't just "sell," but someone with the grit to handle high-stakes rejections, the curiosity to solve a top chef's complex pain points, and the total ownership to see a partnership through from the first call to the thousandth delivery. If you are energized by the challenge of building scale in a fast-evolving environment and are ready to own the results of a major territory, this is where you'll grow.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Market Mastery:
Independently identify and acquire "Top-tier" key accounts in Prague, setting the standard for pace and quality for the broader sales team.
- Build High-Level Trust:
Execute sales campaigns by adapting your pitch to the unique needs of the most prestigious restaurant groups in the Czech Republic-where no standard script exists.
- Complex Negotiations & Deal-Making:
Lead multi-layered negotiations with enterprise-level partners, securing deal terms that create mutual value and long-term sustainability for the Uber platform.
- Mentorship & Influence:
Serve as a multiplier within the team, coaching junior members to unblock difficult sales cycles and optimizing overall team outreach tactics.
- Solve Cross-Functionally:
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to remove systemic blockers, translating local market feedback into product improvements specific to the Czech Republic.
- Data-Driven Ownership:
Analyze market trends and competitor moves to refine your territory plan, making high-impact trade-offs on where to invest time for maximum ROI.
- Thrive in the Messy Reality:
Navigate shifting priorities and high-pressure situations with calm. You won't just follow a playbook here-you'll help us write the one for the next phase of our growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Senior Sales Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of documented success in B2B outbound sales, managing the full sales lifecycle, and leveraging advanced CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Communication & Language:
Native or fluent level Czech and professional-level English are mandatory to lead local negotiations and collaborate within our global organization.
- Proven Resilience:
A track record of exceeding ambitious targets in highly competitive or "winner-takes-all" market conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain Expertise:
Deep knowledge of the Czech restaurant, hospitality, or food-tech landscape.
- Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional ability to influence high-level business owners and internal cross-functional leadership.
- Strategic Thinking:
Ability to see the "big picture" and design innovative solutions that scale beyond a single transaction.
