About the Role:
Uber is looking for strategic sales professionals to join our advertising division. As Client Partner, you will build strategic partnerships with our largest partners in the Tech, Telco, & B2B verticals. You will own the sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption for our growing suite of products across the Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with a Partner Manager to consistently deliver impact for our partners.
What You'll Do:

Go Get It: Relentlessly execute ads partnership strategies to exceed quarterly growth goals, demonstrating a bias for action in a high-velocity environment.

Trip Obsessed: Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner feedback into actionable insights for our product roadmaps to solve real-world marketplace needs.

One Uber: Serve as an indispensable cross-functional lead, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and unified organizational alignment.

See the Forest and the Trees: Build high-fidelity relationships with C-level marketing executives while maintaining mastery over the granular details of complex enterprise sales cycles.

Build with Heart: Differentiate Uber's offerings by communicating the creative value of new ads products, driving measurable growth and long-term success for our partners.

Great Minds Don't Think Alike: Leverage critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate difficult partner conversations and solve unique business challenges with diverse perspectives.
Basic Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of full-time professional experience.

Domain Expertise: Proven track record in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales, specifically selling to complex, global brands.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$102,000 per year**

USD**$113,500 per year**.

For Los Angeles, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$102,000 per year**

USD**$113,500 per year**.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$113,000 per year**

USD**$126,000 per year**.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$113,000 per year**

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
