About the Role:

As a Client Partner you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with CPG brands. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

You will provide thoughtful insights-driven solutions for leaders across retail media, ecommerce, trade and brand marketing teams & their agency partners. You will proactively own sales targets and report on business performance metrics.

  • What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your CPG partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals

  • Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations

  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and build trusted partner conversations.

  • Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.

  • Expand ads product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering

  • Drive product adoption, and a deeper brand penetration across Top CPG partners.

  • Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales

  • Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex enterprise CPG brands and organizations

  • Knowledge of Programmatic Ad buys

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling into large CPG brands, with a specific focus on digital advertising
  • Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to use AI tools to drive efficiency

For Canada-based roles: Uber may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruiting process; however, Uber employees make the ultimate selection and hiring decisions.

  • For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD**$99,000 per year**
  • CAD**$110,000 per year**.
