Amerco Real Estate Company would like to hire an Urban Planner/ Draftsman (Real Estate Rep) to join their team!

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Researching initial zoning requirements for properties
• Prepare zoning reports
• Research and analyze zoning ordinances
• Communicate ordinance requirements to management
• Prepare presentations
• Attend pre-application meetings with various municipalities
• Prepare site plans

Qualifications

Requirements for this position are as followed:

• Expertise in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator is a plus
