IN-HOUSE LITIGATION PARALEGAL ***Relocation assistance will be provided to the RIGHT candidate*** Description : U-Haul International, Inc., seeks a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented full-time commercial litigation paralegal with 2-5 years relevant experience to join its Legal Department. ## Qualifications Requirements : To be considered, the candidate must have 2-5 years relevant litigation experience in a law firm or in-house environment and must be familiar with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. - The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized and detail-Oriented; have out standing verbal and written communication skills; have a strong work ethic and have the ability to work well both independently and with a team; and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment - Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and West law   Education: Associate Degree or certificate in paralegal or legal studies. ***Relocation assistance will be provided to the RIGHT candidate*** ## Additional Information Responsibilities will include: The selected candidate will work under the supervision of our in-house litigation attorneys and will be responsible for, among other things: - Drafting and issuing litigation holds - Calendaring and docketing case deadlines - Assisting attorneys with legal and factual research - Providing discovery support - Drafting Correspondence and pleadings in commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and class action lawsuits managed by the U-Haul Legal Department and outside counsel.
