Administrator Operations- 1st Shift- Tecumseh Peterson Farm

Job Details: Position Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within designated common areas of the facility. The role supports daily operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bathrooms, showers, and break rooms
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize all designated common areas
• Empty trash in all assigned locations
• Clean glass doors and windows within common areas
• Perform routine deep cleaning as directed by the supervisor
• Complete daily laundry duties
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools
• Procurement of supplies and inventory management
• Schedule staffing needs during rotations, including placement and weekend coverage
• Manage and track performance metrics and related data
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to follow all safety regulations and procedures
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Physical ability to mop, scrub, sweep, vacuum, and perform deep cleaning tasks

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Communication Skills

• The ability to read, write, and comprehend written materials is required to accurately complete data entry, documentation, ordering processes, and performance tracking.

• Ability to effectively communicate with production associates regarding uniforms, supplies, and related needs

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
