• As the Senior developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing UKG Pro WFM integrations using Dell Boomi, Creating custom reports, and universal device management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve kick-outs and data issues with all integrations Update and build integrations, using UKG’s Integration Designer tools (Boomi and WIM), to send and receive data to/from other applications, frequently requiring complex formulas.
• Collaborate with Kronos Systems Analysts and business team on updates to integrations and reports to support configuration enhancements.
• Configure, troubleshoot and monitor UKG In Touch clocks (Intouch, Intouch DX) Provide support to other teams wishing to send or receive data via Pro WFM APIs You will be part of the team to provide technical support to migrate from WFC (Workforce Central) to UKG Pro WFM
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop SQL queries for Kronos Systems Analysts from WFC database.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Must be a certified Dell boomi integration developer
• Having 5+ years of experience in developing UKG integrations, and custom reports, preferably in large corporate environments.
• At least 3+ years of experience with creating Dell Boomi integrations in UKG Pro Strong knowledge on UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Device management modules.
• Strong knowledge on device configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting UKG clocks.
• Experience in creating or updating WIM integrations in Workforce Central Having knowledge of UKG Pro WFM Data Hub is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills including problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex results·
• Proficient in eliciting business requirements and adept at documenting them in both functional and technical formats
• Strong SQL query experience, Prior experience migrating from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Workforce Central to UKG Workforce Dimensions
• Understanding of various protocols/methods of communication (XML, XML Schemas, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Groovy, FTP, SFTP, PGP, JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, JMS, Mail, HTTP/HTTPS)
• Experience with integration performance tuning and process improvements.
