SUMMARY:

The FSQA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality and food safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with product quality standards
  • Verifying production paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Conducting production floor checks
  • Performing GMP and housekeeping audits
  • Delivering food safety training to Team Members
  • Exercising judgment in setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with other teams
  • Ensuring food safety, food quality, and regulatory/legal compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP USDA GMP SSOP s.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc. SAP knowledge preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills verbal and written; bilingual a plus.

Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks.
