Job Details:

Starting Pay: $19.45/hr

Position Summary: The Panel Operator is responsible for operating the primary panel room and is cross trained on various other duties within the facility. The role ensures a safe work environment and adherence to Tyson Foods policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate the Tyson Batching and Weighing system for production purposes.

Operate truck scaling equipment and computer systems.

Load and unload rail cars and trucks.

Track inventory accurately.

Perform cleaning duties as required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb, bend, and stoop for cleaning tasks.

Work in varying temperature conditions, both cold and hot.

Lift weights of 50 lbs. or more.

Occasionally work at heights above twenty feet.

External Requirements:

Minimum of six months of experience in a batching and weighing role or equivalent training as specified in the application or resume.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work at heights as needed.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
